Poets&Quants Names Two Questrom Students 2025 Best & Brightest MBAs

Poet & Quants recently released its 11th annual Best & Brightest MBAs list, recognizing 100 standout full-time MBA graduates from the Class of 2025. Among them were Questrom students Evan Rizvi and Maria Rafaelia Guerrero Romero, honored for their leadership, community impact, and passion for driving change.

Evan Rizvi is a former opera singer turned business leader passionate about arts and social impact. He interned and will work post-graduation at the New England Conservatory of Music, where he also earned his undergraduate degree. At Questrom, Evan served in multiple leadership roles and was recognized for his public speaking and community contributions, including co-leading the Social Impact and Nonprofit Club and helping run the nonprofit Music for Food.

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Maria Rafaelia Guerrero Romero brought a background in political science and health communications to Questrom, where she immersed herself in the Health Sector Management Program. She held leadership roles in the Health Care Management and Latin American Students Clubs, volunteered with local nonprofits, and earned the prestigious Biogen Award during her internship—becoming the first intern ever to do so. Following graduation, she will join Biogen as an MBA Rotational Associate, continuing her commitment to purpose-driven work in the life sciences.

This year’s honorees include entrepreneurs, military veterans, and change-makers from top global business schools. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees—especially our outstanding students from Questrom.
