David Almeda is a Professor of Practice, Management, and Organizations who has presented at or been published by organizations including the Harvard Business Review, The Conference Board, and Forbes. Prior to his retirement in 2022, David was a former Chief People Officer for ULG where he oversaw global human resource function for one of the world's largest application software companies.
