MoneyGeek recently published a column featuring Greg Stoller, Master Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation, discussing general liability insurance options.
Operating without general liability insurance can lead to significant risks, including potential lawsuits for damages that could have been avoided with proper coverage.
“Insurance has never been and will never be a one-size-fits-all strategy. When you are just starting out, you might need a smaller insurance policy without as many bells and whistles or potentially with a much lower deductible. This can easily be amended as one’s business grows,” Stoller adds.
An insurance company’s rating, the degree of comprehensive coverage, and the deductible are all factors that should be considered when choosing general liability insurance.
