Aykut is a final-year Ph.D. Candidate in the Operations and Technology Management Department at Boston University Questrom School of Business. He holds a Master's Degree in System Engineering from Boston University and double major B.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Aykut's Ph.D. dissertation studies employee management in service operations with a special focus on feedback design, operational improvement, and human-machine interactions.
