Leroy Gonsalves is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations in the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Business School. He also teaches courses on People Analytics in the undergraduate, MBA and MSBA programs.
Prof. Gonsalves’ research is at the intersection of professions, technological change and workplace inequality. He studies the future of work, using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how evolving management practices (e.g. remote work, activity-based offices, algorithmic valuation) affect employees’ experience of autonomy, meaning, and equity in their workplaces. His research appears in Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science.
