The Business Journals recently published insight featuring Susan Fournier, Professor & Dean of Questrom School of Business, discussing the Boston Business Journal’s 2022 Future of Higher Education panel which took place on March 10.
The panel was made up of leaders from four institutions, including Dean Fournier representing Questrom. Each shared their insights on what changes are needed to improve and expand the future of higher education and the influence community colleges may have on higher-ed institutions. During the conversation, the higher-ed leaders agreed that improving and expanding relationships with companies is a top priority, as are helping connect students to businesses and helping students find their passions. Susan touched on the offerings BU Questrom School of Business has for its students in anticipation of the future world of work, explaining that bringing industry experts in for information sessions, mentorship opportunities and practice interviews helps prepare students for careers.
