NPR recently published an article featuring Jay Zagorsky, Associate Professor of Markets, Public Policy, and Law, discussing the White House’s new term, ‘Bidenomics’.
The new slogan, ‘Bidenomics’, has been used in the recent weeks by President Biden and his team to label the president’s efforts to bring the economy back to success. Since many Americans disapprove of Biden’s approach to the economy, he understands the need to revise his economic agenda, especially as the presidential election nears.
Zagorsky states, “Times can be good, but we’re not worried just about today. We’re also thinking about tomorrow. There’s a huge amount of uncertainty.”
The following indicators, such as easing inflation, low unemployment, and wage gains, suggest a brighter future ahead, according to Zagorsky and other economists. Other analysts, however, argue that this term could hurt Biden and his team as he tries to market success for the country’s economy.
