American Antitrust Institute and Cohen Milstein recently awarded Florian Ederer, Allen and Kelli Questrom Professor in Markets, Public Policy, and Law, as a recipient of the 22nd Annual Jerry S. Cohen Memorial Fund Writing Award for his co-authored article, “Common Ownership, Competition, and Top Management Incentives.”
Dedicated to Jerry S. Cohen, a distinguished trial lawyer, and antitrust scholar, this award recognizes the best antitrust writing that reflects his values, including a genuine concern for economic justice, dispersal of economic power, effective limitations upon economic power, and vigorous enforcement of antitrust laws.
The award will be presented on May 22nd at the American Antitrust Institute’s 25th Annual Policy Conference.
