Nailya Ordabayeva is the Kelli Questrom Associate Professor in Marketing at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Management from Bilkent University. Prof. Ordabayeva researches how social and sensory perceptions influence consumers' purchase decisions and how they impact wellbeing. Her expertise focuses on the effects of inequality, status, and sensory perception on consumer decisions. Prior to joining Boston University, Prof. Ordabayeva was a faculty member at Dartmouth College, Boston College, and Erasmus University.
