The Global Brand Convergence conference, a global collaboration between higher education students, faculty, and public relations and marketing professionals to connect a community and share ideas, innovations and concepts to advance them in the classroom and in the profession, recently held its second event on November 29, 2023. The theme of the program this year was Artificial Intelligence (AI) and brought together great minds involved in AI applications to address topics of social impact and leadership through comedy. Ahmass Fakahany Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Susilo Institute for Ethics in a Global Economy, Dave Epstein presented on the advancement of artificial intelligence and how it relates to the workplace in a session titled, ‘AI and its Ethical Considerations.’
